Overview
At Mentec we are continuously striving to
improve the level of service that we offer to you, our customers. Training is
an area that demands constant change and improvement and we are delighted to
offer you training of the highest quality across a variety of subjects. Right
from basic accounting principles through all phases of implementation and
systems management, you can be sure that Mentec is well placed to meet all your
related training needs.

Training Staff
All courses are presented by members of our professional
services team who, on a daily basis, are involved with implementations of the
system at customer sites, the provision of product, technical or project
consultancy, as well as providing practical solutions to users on the Mentec
Help Desk.

Training Facilities
All courses are held at our modern, up-to-date training
facility at Mentec House. There is a separate workstation per delegate and the
NetSupport master/slave system permits the tutor to broadcast to each
workstation simultaneously or individually, thus enriching the overall training
experience. A separate training lounge is provided for tea, coffee and soft
beverages; this area is also used by tutors for a breakout sessions on a
one-to-one basis as appropriate.

Fully Accredited
Full accreditation is provided on
completion of the relevant courses. In order to maximise your satisfaction and
keep our standards as high as possible, we ask all delegates to complete the
appraisal form at the end of each course; Mentec reviews these, and action is
taken where necessary. Training is an ongoing process, and we take the view
that there is always room for improvement.
