APR 2004   MICROSOFT PARTNERS WITH MENTEC TO LAUNCH CRM IN IRELAND  

After a long wait the eagerly anticipated Microsoft CRM has finally been released onto the Irish market. Boasting unprecedented integration with the Microsoft Office family of products, CRM is the first Microsoft product to be entirely developed on the .NET platform.

The product was offically launched in Ireland on the 26th of April at the Four Seasons Hotel, almost a full year after it became available in the US. The importance of the product in the CRM market and the anticipation surrounding its launch was certainly apparent with well in excess of 350 attendees turning up on the day. More...
